Telephone consultations
Telephone consultations are $100 per hour, prorated. I can answer a lot of questions in 30 minutes, and that would only cost $50.

- Send photos. (I will return them, or e-mail digital photos)
- Send me a video.
Oahu consultations
Big Island consultations
I charge $80 per hour (prorated) on the Big Island of Hawaii.
The transportation fee is a flat rate:
- Kona NONE
- Kau $10
- South Kohala $25
- North Kohala, $30
- Hilo, Hamakua, and Puna $35
Consultations on the mainland and other islands by special arrangement.
If you want me to tape record the consultation, I charge $10 for the first three hours. If you self-tape it, there's no extra charge. Some people prefer just to take notes, which I can help you prioritize. Most consultations take about two hours.
Corporate consultations
I charge $250 per hour of site visitation and consultation, plus my usual transportation charge. This rate includes written documentation and applies to any job for which that is needed. Any corporate job that does not require written documentation (by me) will be billed at my usual rates (depending on location.) Tape recording is $10 more (per tape.)
